Founded in Jupiter, Florida, inspired by the surf and salt air, and redefined by a life-changing health journey, Zen Coast emerged with a mission to spread love, happiness, and good health through the power of natural fermentation.
After almost 15 years in NYC and at the height of my finance career, I was blind-sided by a stomach cancer diagnosis that forced a deep reset: of my body, my values, and my life. After a lot of reflection, I decided to leave my career to prioritize my health (specifically gut health) and chase a dream. Upon returning home to Florida, I wanted to focus on what really matters: building community, reconnecting with nature, and embracing a more intentional way of being.
That’s the spirit behind Zen Coast. We brew small batches in-house with an unwavering commitment to quality and the craft, using all organic ingredients and a whole lot of soul. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just clean, simple nourishment done the right way.
