Founded in Jupiter, Florida, inspired by the surf and salt air, and redefined by a life-changing health journey, Zen Coast emerged with a mission to spread love, happiness, and good health through the power of natural fermentation.

After almost 15 years in NYC and at the height of my finance career, I was blind-sided by a stomach cancer diagnosis that forced a deep reset: of my body, my values, and my life. My treatments came with side effects; I lost close to 50lbs and desperately needed to rebuild my gut microbiome in order to nurture myself back to health. And so my journey with wild ferments began — what started with probiotic supplements quickly transformed into all things fermented as I experienced firsthand the power of raw probiotics. I saw Zen as an opportunity to not only nourish myself, but to also help others and to raise awareness around the importance of gut health. After a lot of reflection, I decided to return home to Florida, pursue Zen, and focus on what really matters: building community, reconnecting with nature, and embracing a more intentional way of being.

That’s the spirit behind Zen Coast. Using organic herbs, spices, and a whole lot of soul, we brew in small batches, in-house, and with an unwavering commitment to quality and the craft. No syrups. No concentrates. No flavorings. No shortcuts. Just clean, simple ingredients done the right way.
